Twelve girls have been preparing for the competition during a month. The show staged by Alter\Vision was divided into three parts – each scene was theatrical performance. At first girls appeared in white T-Shirts and black jeans, with the use of a gesture language they introduced themselves to the audience , gathered in the foyer of Tbilisi Concert Hall.  The second performance was staged in the theme of 19 20-30ies. The third appearance started with a “Cat Walk”, where, girls dressed up in evening dresses were accompanied by four break dancers and a band ABC. DJ Forest was performing during the whole evening. Miss Deaf Georgia became 16 year-old Nino Kakhidze. Vice Miss Deaf Georgia – 21 years-old Kristine Kbiladze. Miss Elegant Georgia – 17 years-old Lela Sukhitashvili.  It is remarkable that this show was the first attempt of holding the beauty contest using the show elements and denying the classical contest rules, where girls are being watched as meat for sale. Alter\Vision does not share this kind of view of beauty and offers holding the next Miss Deaf World 2010 based on the show elements. |
